As we transition into the next phase of providing care at North Island Urology we would like to inform you what measures we have in place. We will continue to schedule appointments via telephone. We will offer in clinic appointments when your urologist considers it necessary for you to be seen in person. We want to maintain a safe environment for you, our staff, and the physicians in the clinic. Therefore, 1) we ask you to wear a mask (bring your own or we provide a clean reusable mask) when you come for your appointment. Your urologist and our nurse will also wear masks for all patient encounters. 2) please use hand sanitizer to clean your hands as you enter the clinic. A staff member will escort you to the exam room. 3) we will clean the exam rooms after each visit. North Island Urology will adhere to the recommendations of the Provincial Health Officer, B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons, WorkSafe BC and the BCCDC when implementing clinic policies for patients, staff and physicians.Thank You
